Los Angeles Executive Limousine - May 22, 2010 I have been a customer of Los Angeles Executive Limousine since the company started up more than a decade ago. During this time I have been transported by the company more than 500 times, typically from home to airports and hotels and vice versa. The bulk of these trips have been in the Los Angeles area, but others have been in and around San Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta, New Orleans, Boston, New York City, Washington, D.C. and other less well known places. The quality and dependability of service provided by this company is as good as it gets, whether described by the terms "5-star" or "first-tier" or "the best." Out of all of these trips there has been only one missed pickup, an error rate of a miniscule .02%. Other businesses would do well to follow the lead of Los Angeles Executive Limousine in this regard. In sum, I recommend this company enthusiastically and with no reservation whatsoever (pun intended).

LA Exec is the only car service I will use for my business travelers I make frequent business travel arrangements for the executives I support, and have used LA Exec exclusively since 1999. May 21, 2010 AMAZING ATTENTION TO DETAIL! As the best man for my buddy's wedding, I arranged to rent a stretch for the bachelor party. When I booked the car with the reservationist, I requested a 'special accomodation' in the car to kick things off-- for the guys to toast a happy future with his bride. The driver arrived about 15 minutes ahead of schedule with a exceptionally clean car and was very attentive to our party (there were 6 of us). He was very friendly and made the evening a very special one. We really didn't have to worry about anything- they were terriffic. In fact, LA Exec gave my buddy a 'Congrats on your upcoming Wedding' card! Who ever heard of that? Totally unexpected! You guys have definitely raised the bar when it comes to customer service, and I'll be back! In fact I think he's gonna book you for their first anniversary!! Thanks so much for a great time!
