Policies and Terms and Conditions of Service

Client whose credit card is on file for any limousine service will be billed for any damages to vehicle and their contents, or excessive cleaning due to their own recklessness such as spilled drinks on carpets, incurred by themselves or one of their fellow passengers. All of our vehicles are Non-Smoking vehicles and no smoking of any substance is allowed.

Los Angeles Executive Limousine offers a generous 2 hour cancellation policy applies to all sedan reservations in Los Angeles, 4 hours outside of Los Angeles County. A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all stretches and vans. Client will be billed 80% of the full rate in the occurrence of a late cancellation. No Shows will pay the full amount so don't forget to cancel is you are not going to make your flight.

Cancellations for Specialty Vehicles (i.e. Party Limo Buses, SUV's and Buses) and Specialty Events is 48 hours. A 25% nonrefundable fee of the total cost of the booking will be charged!

Los Angeles Executive Limousine Service requires a major credit card to process all reservations. Your charge on your credit card will appear as Transportation Management Network, Inc., or an abbreviation of that.

To avoid a no-show fee, please do not leave the airport before calling the office for assistance. The number is (888) 232-5466 and can be accessed through the payphones if your cell phone is not working. For all arriving flights, meet your driver at the foot of the escalator or just past the security doors; if not there, then at the baggage claim area (if you haven't arranged for a Curbside Pickup.) Additional charges may incur for waiting time for arriving flights if the flight arrives later than the time on the airline websites, their phone services, or other flight status services. (This rarely occurs and usually only if your flight is stuck on the runway after landing for a protracted period of time for whatever reason beyond our control.) Los Angeles Executive Limousine Service shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop-off information provided by the client or representative thereof, and any situation beyond our control.

Add $10.00 for any inside Meet & Greet service on all domestic flights. (Does not apply to handicapped parties or airport transportation that exceed $150.00!)
Add $30.00 for any inside Meet & Greet service for all International Flights for up to 1 hour wait time; After 1 hour add $19.00 for each additional 15 minute block or part of for Wait Time (All Meet & Greet Wait Time services are measured from the time the flight arrives at the gate.)
Add $15.00 wait time for each 15 minutes on departures (after 1st. 15 minute grace period.)
Add $10 for airport Pickups before 5:00 AM and after Midnight.
Add $10 for each 15 minutes of waiting time for lost baggage.
Add any tolls. Customer reserves the right to take or NOT take Toll Roads.
All rates are subject to a gas surcharge if the price of gasoline rises above $4 per gallon.
Add $10.00 for each additional pickup, drop, or stops on route to your destination. If the pickup, stop, or drop is not along a direct route to the airport, please inquire.
